Using a towel to avoid double chin

Lots of people nowadays struggle against double chin and fat on it. And they often forget that not only diet and usual physical training is helpful but also special facial exercises and massage. The most important double chin exercise is the next one: every day pat your chin with a towel for about 5 minutes. That towel should be soaked in the water with salt and then wringed out. Also you can train your chin the following way: sit straight and try to incline a head at same time meddling yourself with two fists under your chin. This helps to train your neck and lose fat on the chin. As a result you will get perfect face oval and pleasant toned up neck.
